PDF Snap Support

PDF Snap is an iPhone app for merging, compressing, splitting, cropping, and converting PDF documents. Core PDF processing runs on your device.

Quick troubleshooting

  1. Use the system photo or file picker to choose the source items you want PDF Snap to process.
  2. After an operation finishes, open the result from History and choose Save or Share to export it.
  3. If a file is stored in iCloud, wait for the system download to finish before processing it.
  4. For a very large document, keep PDF Snap in the foreground until the export finishes and make sure the device has enough free storage.

Before contacting support

Please include your iOS version, PDF Snap version, the operation you selected, and the approximate page count and file size. Do not attach confidential documents unless they are necessary and you are authorized to share them.
